About Us
HEALTHFLIGHT is a Bangkok-based, licensed tour operator. We plan and coordinate the ground side of a trip to Thailand — hotels and resorts, transport, visa extension paperwork and guided travel — so visitors deal with one accountable team instead of six separate companies.
Who we are
Most visitors arriving in Thailand for a wellness stay end up managing the trip themselves: one agency for the hotel, a driver arranged on arrival, a separate run to immigration when the stay needs extending, and a weekend trip booked from a hotel lobby brochure.
Every handoff is a place where plans break, and every break happens in a second language.
HealthFlight exists to remove those handoffs. We work with a fixed panel of vetted hotels and transport providers, and run the whole itinerary from one point of contact. Our team works in English, Arabic, Japanese, and Thai.
What we coordinate

Transport
Private vehicles with drivers, scheduled transfers for appointment days, and intercity travel. Vehicles and drivers are booked through licensed operators.
Thai Visa Extension
Support for extending a stay that runs longer than planned: document preparation, form completion, appointment scheduling and accompanied attendance at the Immigration Bureau with an interpreter.
What this is: preparation and accompaniment. What it is not: a guarantee of approval. Every extension decision rests solely with the Thai Immigration Bureau.
Tours — Inbound & Outbound
Inbound Guided travel inside Thailand for visitors and accompanying family — day trips from Bangkok, cultural itineraries, and island or coastal programmes paced for someone who is resting rather than sightseeing at full speed.
Outbound Departures from Thailand for travellers based here, arranged and operated under the same licence and the same single point of contact.
